List of complaints and requests 2009

Published on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 by Luke Jarzembowski

New Year we have more than a week, but I'm still struggling with old problems. Here is my list of complaints and requests for various e-institutions with whom I work, and which probably do not fully realize the speed with which bad news ...

Revolves around the internet ...: ->

  1. Afilo.pl (and other ad networks) - called me a nice lady to encourage the promotion of several campaigns in the network. By the way, came out that I promote the campaign, which is now obsolete. I did not get a notification e-mail, banner display all the time, so I was thinking that everything is OK. And the fact that it was not OK, it's apparently my fault - I did not use the pool - embarrassment. If they want to publishers (the phones are ringing), is not it better "to attain all the last button" and disable the display of even a single campaign? It's just a few lines of code!
  2. SuperHost.pl (and other companies that sell domain) - since January 1, 2009 NASK domain renewal rates decreased, but the short researchu that moved (including superhost.pl, az.pl, nazwa.pl, home.pl) only OVH . en updated its pricing. That's right, the customer dojcie as possible - you may not realize. But I knew, and to announce the name of social Responsibilities > you.
  3. PayPal. Pl - I had some USD in your account and decided to pay for their Christmas shopping in Merlin.pl. What came of this? Charged my credit card , because apparently PLN balance I had. The site was no information that the balance is to be PLN and link to file a complaint on their website does not work - the massacre!

If you also have any objections to an institution (even the largest ones) do not hesitate - put the information into your blog, a citizen journalism sites, or simply as a comment to this entry. Let giants know that the internet everyone has a voice - and let them fight for each user, and do not sit in the "personal comfort zone" because "they have thousands of them, so + / - one will not change anything." The Internet is perverse - learned this a few big shops online .
