The list of complaints and requests in 2009

New Year we have more than a week, but I'm still struggling with old problems. Here is my list of complaints and requests to various e-institutions we work with, and which are probably not fully aware of the speed with which bad news ...

Revolves around the internet ...: ->

  1. Afilo.pl (and other ad networks) - called me nice lady to encourage the promotion of several campaigns in the network. By the way, work out, that promotes the campaign, which is now obsolete. I did not receive a notification e-mail, banner display all the time, so I thought that everything is OK. And that was not OK, it's apparently my fault - I did not use the pool - embarrassment. Since they depend on publishers (calling on mobile phones), is not it better "to attain all of the last button" and block the display of even a single campaign? It's just a few lines of code!
  2. SuperHost.pl (and other companies that sell domain) - from 1 January 2009 NASK domain renewal rates reduced, but the brief researches, which moved (including superhost.pl, az.pl, nazwa.pl, home.pl) only OVH . com has updated its pricing. That's right, the customer dojcie as possible - you may not realize. But I realized, and to announce the name of social responsibleness > you.
  3. PayPal. En - I had a little info on the account and decided to pay for their Christmas shopping in Merlin.pl. What came of this? Charged my credit card , because apparently the balance of PLN did not. On the side there was no information that a balance has to be in PLN, a link to lodge a complaint on their website does not work - the massacre!

If you also have some reservations about the e-institution (even the largest ones) do not hesitate - put the information on his blog, the type of citizen journalism sites, or simply as a comment on this post. Let the giants know that everyone has a voice online - and let them fight for every user, and not sit in "your own comfort zone" because "they have thousands, so + / - one will not change anything." The Internet is perverse - has learned this a few major stores online .
