List of complaints and petitions in 2009

New Year we have more than a week, but I'm still struggling with old problems. Here is my list of complaints and petitions to various e-institutions with whom I work, and that probably not quite aware of the speed with which bad news ...
Revolves around the internet ...: ->
- Afilo.pl (and other ad networks) - called me a nice lady to encourage the promotion of a number of campaigns in the network. By the way, came out that I promote the campaign, which is now obsolete. I did not get notified by e-mail, banner display all the time, so I thought that everything is OK. And the fact that it was not OK, it's apparently my fault - I did not use the pool - embarrassment. If they want to publishers (calling on mobile), if not better, "to attain all the last button" and disable the display of even a single campaign? It's just a few lines of code!
- SuperHost.pl (and other companies that sell domain) - from January 1, 2009 NASK reduced the price of domain renewals but with short researchu that moved (including superhost.pl, az.pl, nazwa.pl, home.pl) only OVH . pl updated its pricing. That's right, the customer dojcie as possible - you may not realize. But I knew it and notify the name of social responsibility > you.
- PayPal. Pl - I had a little info on the account and decided to pay for their Christmas shopping in Merlin.pl. What came out of it? Charged my credit card , because apparently the balance PLN had. The site did not have any information that the balance has to be in PLN, and a link to file a complaint on their website does not work - the massacre!
If you also have any objections to an institution (even major ones) do not hesitate - put information on your blog, on sites like citizen journalism, or simply as a comment to this entry. Let giants know that everyone has a voice online - and let them fight for each user, and do not sit in the "personal comfort zone" because "they have a thousand, so the + / - one will not change anything." The Internet is perverse - learned this a few large shopping online .
